Pickleball TV, a product of Tennis Channel, is building the future of live sports and digital entertainment, and we're looking for a driven Account Executive to join the team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving revenue growth and deepening partnerships across our fast-growing Pickleball TV ecosystem. You'll lead the full sales lifecycle-from prospecting to closing and ongoing relationship management, crafting tailored, solution-driven campaigns that deliver measurable impact for our advertisers and partners.

This role is in office in Dallas, TX.
In this role, you will:
• Meet sales revenue goals and profitability targets established by sales leadership.
• Network and prospect nationally to develop a robust understanding of the Pickleball landscape (club, institutional & rec), to sell digital streaming and sponsorship
• Stay up to date with market shifts while being fully aware of new internal product selection as well as competitive landscape.
• Participate in events, organized tournaments, industry conferences, and other Pickleball events that involve new business development opportunities, current and non-current partners.
• Directly engage in sales operations and tasks that may impact current or perspective customers, such as profitability analysis, presentation proposal, contract creation and post-sale relationship management.
• Adapt and show eagerness to learn new sport categories thus increasing value and versatility to organization.
• Engage in new, and developing existing, relationships at the C-suite, VP, Director level across brands, independent agencies, and holding companies within a dedicated account list.
• Create narratives with a beginning, middle, and end to explain complex processes, ideas, or events.
• Prepare, present and close new business through in person meetings, industry events, virtual meetings, and conferences.
• Identify and sell new media solutions to businesses and agencies, helping them connect with their customers/users.
• Enter daily sales activity, meeting, calls, email opportunities, pipeline, and deals into Digital Remedy CRM.
• Show consistency in exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Manage client relationships inclusive of strategy recommendation and up-selling.
Key Qualifications
• Have a strong set of existing relationships with independent agencies, holding companies, and brands directly.
• At least 5 years of experience working at a media sales organization selling brand & performance-based advertising campaigns, strong OTT experience a plus
• Experience working in a SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, Advertising or startup preferred.
• Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators. Knowledge of all facets of digital media, OTT/CTV industry landscape a plus
• Skilled in new business development while communicating effectively with senior management
• Excellent customer-facing skills specifically with regards to negotiation
• Experience with CRM management is a plus
• Hard-working and pleasantly persistent, ensuring delivery of great results, go-getter attitude
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
• 5 years of outside sales experience in sports industry preferred
• Proficient in MOS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent financial literacy skills required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Work-flow management skills. Clear understanding of responsibilities, reporting, data driven culture and prioritization skills.
