University of South Florida 5050 Raffle Seller
• POSITION SUMMARY: The Ted Williams Foundation is looking for high-energy, motivated sellers to join our 50/50 raffle sales team for the 2025-2026 University of South Florida Sporting Events.
• JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS:
– Approach fans pre-game and in-game to explain the details of the 50/50 raffle program
– Accurately handle the sale and distribution of the tickets, following program requirements
–Sellers are paid on a per game commission basis. Sellers will make 10% of sales as commission. Making a minimum of $100 a game, and a maximum capped commission of $250 a game. Frequent group goal incentives will help add bonuses t on top of comission.
• Sellers must arrive 15 minutes before the gates open and sell until the end of the end of middle of the 4th quarter
• QUALIFICATIONS:
– Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent education
– Prior experience handling cash
– Ability to interact positively with large fan base
– Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills
– Above average verbal communication skills
– Strong sales skills
– Must be highly self-motivated and outgoing
– Candidates must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays if necessary
– In a variety of weather conditions, must be able to walk up and down numerous steps, and long distances in parking lot and stadium grounds.

• Any previous experience working in any capacity with a Split the Pot or 5050 raffle?
• Would you be available to work week nights, week ends and the occasional week day games?
• Would you be able to be a mobile seller that can walk the stadiums and stands? Or would you need to be a stationary seller at a kiosk location?
