Technicolor Content Services is seeking a Client Services Representative. This position is primarily responsible for the following:
• Servicing assigned client(s) on a daily basis via telephone and email.
• Insuring completion and shipment of all orders.
• Processing discrepancy reports on a same day basis.
• Reviewing project managers and account status reports daily.
• Processing work orders based on purchase orders received or as directed by the Account Manager.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• Experience in a Duplication/Audio/Editing post-production environment.
• 2-3 years customer service background.
• Stable work history, computer proficiency and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to interface with other departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced with a variety of servicing issues and is able to work with minimal direction.
• Extensive knowledge in all aspects of video post-production.
