Boutique talent agency is seeking interns. We have one of the most immersive internship programs in the industry. Former interns are now working at companies like CAA, UTA, Gersh, Lionsgate, and have also received job offers from us. Our office is team-oriented: dynamic, hard-working, and fun/friendly.
This is not the type of opportunity where you'll be getting coffee and offering coverage. Typical intern duties include: handling phones, rolling calls, conversing with casting offices and clients, sending out appointments, tracking projects, working on industry software, such as Breakdown Express, Casting Networks, and InEntertainment. We also like to pair our interns with 1 or 2 agents so they can work closely with that agent, learn how their desk is run, and work on long-term projects over the course of their internship. The intern should be well-versed in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. The intern should be able to problem solve, prioritize, think ahead, and communicate confidently. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is interested in learning how the industry works. Upon graduating from our program, you'll have the skills to be able to jump on any desk at any agency, management, or production company.
Please send a cover letter and your resume.
