The Talent Relations Temporary Coordinator is responsible for talent travel booking specifically related to all our sports properties, assisting in administrative duties (AMEX reconciliation, talent payment processing, onboarding materials, etc.) and database/research management. The role reports directly to the talent relations senior director.
Provides assistance on talent management across linear and digital properties with a specific focus on NBA Digital, NBA on TNT, NHL, NCAA and MLB on TBS. Provides support to the guest bookings team.
Handles day-to-day oversight of talent logistics, requests, and assignments. Provides on-site talent support during studio tapings and select remote productions.
Assists with administrative processing, including reconciliation of the group AMEX, talent invoice processing and talent onboarding.
Conducts research and assists team members with organizing and planning tools and resources.
1+ years experience working with sports teams and/or leagues
Knowledge of the sports and entertainment space
1+ years experience overseeing administrative logistics
Please note that this role will be on-site.
