This is a Full Time Job
We are adding a Production and Development Coordinator that will support one Sr. Vice President and one Vice President in the Scripted Original Programming department as well as one Unscripted Vice President plus team for TNT, tbs & truTV. This role will oversee typical and advanced entertainment administrative functions for the team along with creative projects and duties at the executives' discretion.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Scripted Development and Programming:
• Manage administrative tasks for executives with very fast-changing schedules and a workload that includes approximately four active projects, 15 development projects at any given time, and a full-time, multi-program wrestling league.
• Administrative tasks include, but is not limited to travel arrangements, calendars, tracking calls, and managing all expenses and expense reports.
• Interface with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
• Responsible for maintaining the flow of information between Development and other departments within the division as well as Warner Bros. Discovery Networks, including but not limited to BA Smart Sheets and Negotiation Requests.
• Coordinate and schedule a high volume of meetings (approximately 30 per week across executives) on a regular basis, both within the company and the entertainment industry.
• Update and process information on internal tracking documents such as EOW Submissions, Weekly Tracking Reports, EOD and EOW Schedules, Reading Lists, Watching Lists, Passing Lists, Follow-Ups, and Call Logs for each of the three executives.
• Communicate material delivery dates (from Production and Post-Production to the executives) and payment requests to the business affairs, finance, and legal teams.
• Complete thorough coverage of incoming material, writing loglines, and taking and writing up meeting notes from pitches, notes meetings, and weekly development meetings.
• Expect to be watching 5-10 hours of professional wrestling per week, keeping up with characters and storylines and writing summaries of the previous night's events. A passion for professional wrestling is a plus.
Unscripted Development and programming:
• Manage administrative tasks and set meetings for the 3-person team all within a suitable response time. Interface with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
• Coordinate and prioritize meetings with other WBD staff, assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.
• Ensure there are no double bookings during calendar management. Work independently and resourcefully decision making and problem solving thus avoiding unnecessary emails.
• Generating materials to share and pitch up that illustrate our objectives and smartly demonstrate our creative message. Talent grids, flow charts, show concept decks, one-sheets etc. fashioned with attention to detail and concluding with an appealing creative representation.
• Draft regular development reports for Senior Management. Keeping the development, production, financial grids up to date.
• Coordinates with internal departments (Creative Services, Web Content, Legal, Video Services, Standards & Practices and Public Relations) to ensure that all department needs are met.
• Draft deal memos for new projects and commissions, upload to company portals and circulate internally in a timely manner. Responsible for generating all inputs to WBD portals. (DEAL/HIVE/PNF, etc.)
• Update and maintain a master list of potential show runners in the reality/comedy space and provide this information to development and production groups for staffing new & existing projects.
• Scheduling pitches, meetings, and any business meals. Planning travel arrangements. Managing and submitting executive expense reports
Qualifications and Experience...
• 2+ years of desk/executive assistant experience within the entertainment industry; preferably programming.
• The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks while working independently with minimal supervision.
• This person must be exceedingly well-organized and flexible. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. And a proven ability to multitask; must be able to prioritize workload of senior executives constantly and consistently while prioritizing the workload of oneself simultaneously.
• Apply time management and prioritization skills to ensure that both teams have materials that meet all deadlines. Seamlessly split time and focus between two different departments.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism while interfacing with many executives within the company in addition to writers, producers, talent, and other executives within the industry.
• Experience handling sensitive documents and must be trusted with confidentiality.
• This individual must have a solid understanding of the entertainment industry specifically as it relates to the creative side of the business. Knowledge of production companies, producers and writers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint - a key skill.
• This point of contact role is essential to maintain a successful workflow for two teams and presence in the office is imperative several days a week. Project a positive outlook, uphold a flexible mindset and help contribute to an enthusiastic climate.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skillset, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $45,500.00 - $84,500.00 salary per year.
