Description:
TBD Theatricals, owned by Tony Award-winning producer Hunter Arnold, is a New York-based performing arts production company currently represented on Broadway by Hadestown, Into The Woods, The Kite Runner, Funny Girl, A Strange Loop and Moulin Rouge and off-Broadway by Little Shop of Horrors. They seek to expand the realm of what is possible in the theater world by bringing unique, engaging and emotional productions to the commercial stage.
TBD Theatricals is looking for a full-time producing intern to join the team from late August to the end of December.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out research projects and administrative tasks for the team
Updating the office's project management systems
Staying on top of industry news
Running errands for the office and its productions
Serving as a production assistant as needed for rehearsals, workshops and readings
Scheduling facilities and procuring supplies for creative sessions like rehearsals, readings and writers' rooms.
Sharing your well-supported thoughts and opinions about shows you see and scripts you read
Keeping a system for managing tasks that helps you stay on top of projects and their timelines

You have a keen eye for copy editing and can proofread a document until it's immaculate.

You self-manage and see projects through from beginning to end.
