Tastemade is looking for a Product Manager to oversee the product development efforts for our eCommerce platform. The right candidate should be data driven and detail oriented, agile, and have the ability to successfully work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines. This position needs to have an in-depth understanding of consumer internet behavior and trends and how to drive product development and feature development in conjunction with engineering resources. He/she should have a deep understanding of consumer internet analytics tools and the ability to dive deep into data to develop and test hypotheses, frame conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations.

What you'll be doing:
• Drive product features and enhancements from idea, to implementation, to results by creating clear requirements and coordinating efforts across the organization
• Lead the ideation, vetting, and prioritization of testing hypotheses with a cross-functional team of designers, marketers, and engineers
• Manage a backlog of product and feature ideas with ongoing prioritization and communication out to the extended team
• Coordinate the design, build, and rollout of enhancements
• Measure and validate product development and feature enhancement impact using analytics tools, ad-hoc analysis and user feedback
• Rapidly iterate, refine, and adjust based on new learnings
• Communicate ideas, progress and results to the product development organization and broader company
What you'll bring:
• 5 years consumer internet product management experience including ecommerce experience using Shopify
• Passion for understanding consumer behavior and building great online experiences
• Expertise with Google Analytics, consumer funnel metrics, and testing statistics
• Strong communication skills.
• The ability to articulate how and why you are making prioritization recommendations, recommending specific tests, what you hope to learn from them, and how they fit into the larger Consumer Product vision
• Independence. You have the experience and self-confidence to tackle all of this without much hand-holding.
