Media Buyer (Social)
Tastemade is looking for a motivated Media Buyer handle all aspects of campaign delivery, accurately setting up and monitoring campaign pacing and making necessary ad hoc adjustments to ensure delivery. Success is measured by the ability to accurately manage campaigns to full delivery for clients while working alongside Account Management, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Brand Strategy during the entire campaign life cycle. In addition, the Media Buyer will be the resident expert on social media advertising and work to create innovative client solutions and products.??
What you'll do:?
• Trafficking and set-up of video campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, and TikTok. Set-up and pacing of media campaigns in Google Ads Manager.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure the highest possible performance, while pacing campaign delivery and budget.
• Reconcile tracking/reporting between internal and 3rd parties and investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between ad-servers.?
• QA and troubleshoot 3rd party tags (DoubleClick, Sizmek, Innovid, etc.) and assets provided by the advertiser.
• Demonstrate expertise in all social media advertising products/capabilities and act as the main source of contact with all our platform partners
• Support in the evolution of our product offering through continuous testing and evaluation of our strategies and tactics.
• Manage and oversee Tastemade's AdOps outsource team
• Update resource documentation to ensure all teams are working with the most up-to-date information
What you'll bring:?
• 2-3 years experience in supporting online video advertising campaigns required, specifically on Facebook and Instagram. Other social platforms a plus.
• 2-3 years data analytics experience, related to digital entertainment and/or ad serving for a top-tier publisher, agency, or network preferred?
• Experience in ad buying on social media platforms is required. Experience with 3rd party trafficking tags required. ?
• Solid understanding of ad-serving technologies, particularly with social media platforms, Google AdWords, and DoubleClick for Publisher (DFP).
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues.?
• Ability to work cross-functionally with excellent communication and teamwork skills.?
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Knowledge of DR media buying is a plus.?
• A strong track record of attention to detail and enthusiasm toward learning required.?
• Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment?
• Strong written and communication skills?
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills??
