Full Time Job
The Tampa Bay Rays and Rowdies Corporate Partnerships Services and Activations Manager will act as the lead in all assigned partnership duties, to include frequent communication with corporate partner contacts to develop and implement strategic activation concepts, fulfill contractual elements, and deliver first class service.
Responsibilities
Employee's responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to, the following:
• Manage the fulfillment of corporate partnership elements for approximately thirty to forty accounts each season for the Tampa Bay Rays and Rowdies.
• Implement, activate, and track all assigned partner assets to ensure all contractual obligations are being fulfilled.
• Coordinate multiple partnership executions that include, but are not limited to, player appearances at retail locations, private batting practice events, television and radio spots, signage, in-game features, watch parties, promotions, sweepstakes, and coordination of in-stadium experiences, such as batting practice viewings, first pitches, and check presentations for clients.
• Collaborate internally with Sales Team members daily on respective shared sponsor accounts by providing details about on-going interactions and executions while providing monthly status reports on each element status.
• Conduct mid- and end of season recaps that illustrate partner deliverables as a proof of performance by embedding pictures, audio, and video thru Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation media.
• Track corporate partner activity and updates daily thru Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
• Identify additional opportunities for current partners throughout the season that can generate incremental revenue to the organization, such as thru ticket sales and additive partnership elements.
• Conduct consistent touch points with each client to develop long-term relationships and continually find creative solutions that go above and beyond the contract to enhance the partnership experience.
• Anticipate the needs of partners and communicate accordingly.
• Ability to fulfill gameday activation duties, such as serving department representative during the duration of games to assist with partner tabling, presentations, in-ballpark visits, and more.
• Engage in the Rays and Rowdies employee-first culture by working well with others and participating in team-building events.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
• At least two (2) years of experience on a sales and service team, preferably in sports.
• Knowledge of Rays and Rowdies corporate partners.
• Ability to work with many individuals and businesses at the same time.
• Proficiencies in Microsoft programs; Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Dynamics.
• Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Event Management or similar field preferred.
• Positive attitude with focus on providing superior customer service internally and externally.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Outgoing, friendly, creative, and enthusiastic
