Fan Experience Coordinator

This is a Full Time Job

Responsibilities:
• Book a variety of entertainment for spaces throughout the stadium
• Develop and oversee theme nights for games throughout the season
• Supervise the Fan Experience elements for non-baseball events including: Enchant, Graduation, Gymnastics, etc.
• Coordinate responses for fan feedback
• Development and coordination of stadium tours program
• Assistance with employee recognitions programs
• Manage alcoves and development of interactive areas
• Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, hiring and training of Fan Host and Rolling Rays staff
• Supervise Wheelchair transports and ensure we follow ADA law
• Oversee operations support for Rowdies matches
• Coordinate other operational tasks as assigned

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required• • Positive, friendly and outgoing personality
• 1-3 years of experience in planning and executing events
• 1-3 years of management or training experience over front-line staff
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience managing and analyzing data
• Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, holidays
