Full Time Job
The Fan Experience Coordinator will be responsible for:
• Scheduling of Fan Hosts for all games
• Develop and implement Rays university training for all part-time staff
• Manage the design, production, allocation and distribution of Rays printed materials including employee manuals, training materials, stadium guide, ADA guide, stadium maps, and implementation of Guest Services related signage.
• Create and edit ABI templates for scheduling
• Management of Fan Feedback
• Oversee secret shopper program
• Manage front line staff incentive program and awards
Qualifications:
• 1 – 3 years of management experience over large front-line staff
• Experience with ABI and 24/7 incident management strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude, work effectively with others
• Must be able to work long hours while standing or walking, walk up and down stairs, maneuver through the facilities, and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Work schedule must be flexible – evenings, weekends and holidays required as needed.
• Bachelor's Degree required
