Brand Ambassador and Events Assistant

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Raise brand awareness at grassroots events and act as a knowledgeable ambassador for community initiatives and promotions.
• Set up, operate, and break down interactive activations (e.g., inflatable games, sound systems, pop-up tents).
• Attend and assist with parades, ensuring safety and fan engagement.
• Manage the Rays Rookies Kids Club kiosk on game days and assist with packing on non-game days.
• Represent the Rays/Rowdies at major events inside and outside the ballpark/pitch, including Running with the Rays 5K, Fan Fest, watch parties, and parades.
• Operate Street Team vehicles for event transportation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills & Abilities:
• Must work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, self-sufficient, solution-oriented, and proactive with a ''no task is too small'' attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to provide reliable transportation to and from events.

Preferred Experience:
• Promotions, event operations, or marketing experience.
• Experience working in sports, particularly baseball and/or soccer.
• Experience working with children.

Work Environment:
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Availability nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Must reside in the Greater Tampa Bay Area and must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
