Position Title:
Production Runner - Talking Stick Resort Amp

Job Summary:
The Production Runner is responsible for supporting various aspects of stage production, ensuring smooth operations for the band or talent, and providing logistical assistance as needed during live events.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and deliver food and beverage to the band or talent
• Retrieve and deliver equipment, paperwork, etc.
• Ensure stage and backstage areas are clean and free of clutter
• Assist with show passes, guest list distribution, and any production needs
• Support the Green Room Server with artist requests
• Perform opening, running, and closing side duties in line with company policies
• Stay informed about all music, promotional, or special events at the venue
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining pleasant and professional

Qualifications:

Required:
• Must have a properly working automobile and provide proof of insurance
• Must have an exceptional driving record
• Knowledge of touring or stage production operations
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work late and extended hours
• Flexible schedule
• Excellent communication skills and punctuality
• Knowledge of the region to locate restaurants, stores, music shops, and attractions

Preferred:
• 3 years of experience in a live music environment or a comparable role interacting positively with people

Physical Demands/Working Environment:
• Fast-paced, loud, and stressful environment
• Extended periods of standing and working on your feet, both indoors and outdoors
• Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs using proper lifting techniques
