Position Background
The position will report directly to the Co-CEO's of one in a high-visibility role that serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO's.
The Executive Assistant must be enthusiastic, flexible, well-organized and a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. She/he must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is results-driven and community oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Professionally represent the office of the CEO and maintain high quality of customer relationship management contacts
Prepare for or host events and meetings with high profile contacts, clients and investors.
Take ownership of calendars and assist in proactively managing schedules.
Coordinate travel arrangements, both personal and business with the CEO's and their families.
Work closely with staff members to ensure open lines of communication
Assist with managing priority items for all brands within the company, personal relationships (e.g., birthdays of friends), as well as his household
Maintain confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters
Be proactive and perform other duties as assigned
Qualification and Candidate Background
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and qualifications:
A track record of excellent performance as an Executive Assistant
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
A positive personality and excellent interpersonal skills
Highly organized
Strong attention to detail
Resourceful
Persuasive
Empathetic, with a genuine interest to help others
High integrity, trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
Must possess the ability to switch priorities on a dime, and maintain grace under pressure
Location
This is an in-office position on site at our beautiful state of the art Los Angeles (Koreatown) location.
