POSITION: CONTRACT Director, Talent Partnerships
LOCATION: Remote (New York City, Los Angeles, or Nashville are preferred but not required)
We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, and collaborative Director, Talent Partnerships to join our team on a 3-4-month contract (January-April 2026), with the possibility of extending or exploring future opportunities based on business needs and performance.
This role requires direct, hands-on experience managing celebrity partnership campaigns from concept through execution. The ideal candidate will have recent, demonstrable experience leading large-scale, 360° celebrity and creator programs - including negotiating with talent representatives, aligning creative and contractual elements, and managing all aspects of activation.
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes pop culture, with a genuine passion for entertainment across sports, music, fashion, and digital influencers.
Important Note: This is a specialized position that requires direct, recent experience managing celebrity or high-profile talent campaigns. Applicants must be able to clearly speak to specific examples of large-scale celebrity programs they have personally built, negotiated, and delivered.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Procurement: Celebrity Ideation and Negotiation
• Participate in internal talent casting/ brainstorming sessions.
• Conduct talent outreach which includes their representation (agents, managers, publicists, etc.).
• Manage talent vetting process and facilitate background checks.
• Develop and present client-facing materials, including talent decks, proposals, and price comparisons.
• Participate in the negotiation of formal offers and long-form agreements on behalf of brand and agency clients.
• Keep current on entertainment news publications, blogs, and sports to enhance pitch ideas to be proactive in proposing the best talent options.
Campaign and Account Management
• Serve as a liaison and manage relationships between clients and the talent teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Manage/ coordinate program logistics, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Attend and participate in events, talent service days and other activities as needed.
• Ensure client satisfaction of campaigns,
Business Development
• Identify new business opportunity through professional relationships and market awareness
• Represent TPA by participate in introduction meetings and pitch presentations for prospective clients.
• Support program development, including defining client expectations, drafting, and reviewing offers

Required Experience:
• 5-10 years of experience working with brands, agencies (public relations & advertising), and talent representatives (agents, managers, publicists) for athletes, celebrities, and influencers.
• A track record in identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding partnerships through consultative engagement and creative solutions.
• Direct experience managing high profile celebrity and influencer partnerships, including building, negotiating, and executing large-scale, 360 programs and campaigns.
• Experience managing vendor and partner relationships, including production teams, creative agencies, and event partners, with attention to detail and accountability for deliverables.
• Creative, self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset paired with an instinct for identifying the right talent matches for brand objectives.
• Proven Leadership experience to achieve the goals, day-to-day operations, while maintaining a focus on excellence, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.
• A deep understanding of entertainment trends across celebrity, pop culture, music and sports, TV/Film, and digital… (e.g. you know who won The Bachelor and what season of Euphoria is up next)
