Position Title: Intern - New York Commercial & Print Divisions
Location: On-Site
Hours: Flexible!
Available on Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST
Start Date: September - December (exact dates TBD)
Compensation: Unpaid / Academic Credit

Overview:
Are you eager to dive into the entertainment industry and gain practical experience in talent representation? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to learn about the operations of a talent agency and support our Commercial and Print divisions for youth and young adults.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Manage talent files, update records, oversee project submissions, and perform general office duties.
Talent & Client Coordination: Arrange auditions, meetings, and events, provide support to talent, and assist clients with headshot selection.
Communication: Draft and handle correspondence with talent, their families, and industry professionals, and engage with talent to address their needs.
Project Support: Assist with various agency projects, keep casting profiles current, and contribute to ongoing initiatives.
Requirements:

Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Skilled in using Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Organizational Abilities: Efficient at managing multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Interest in Entertainment: A genuine passion for talent representation and the entertainment field.
Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and taking initiative.
Positive Attitude: A collaborative team player excited to contribute to and learn from our office environment.
