Commercial & Voice Over Assistant

Location:
New York or Tri-State Area (Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in-office in Midtown, NYC)

Position Details:
Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (occasional weekend work as needed)

Responsibilities:
• Manage talent interest, availability, holds, and booking for projects while maintaining clear communication with casting.
• Review, upload, and submit audition materials via Casting Networks, Actors Access, or other specified platforms.
• Prepare and track invoice information for projects, collaborating with the accounting team to ensure prompt and accurate invoicing.
• Enter detailed project information into booking software (InEntertainment), ensuring all payment documents are correct and embedded in each talent's file.
• Edit and update talent submissions and portfolios when needed.
• Attend showcases and performances to scout new talent and coordinate meetings to discuss representation.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in talent representation, casting, or the entertainment industry is preferred.
• Experience editing audition tapes or audio recordings is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the commercial and entertainment industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with casting platforms (e.g., Casting Networks, Breakdown Express).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of InEntertainment (IE) is strongly preferred.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for talent development.
• Confident self-starter with the ability to recognize work that needs to be completed, even if outside the regular scope of job duties.

Additional Information:
$35,000.00 - $38,000.00 / year depending on experience
