• Scout and sign new talent, identifying gaps in representation and staying current with market trends.
• Represent the agency at industry events, live showcases, and workshops to build relationships and increase agency visibility.
• Supervise assistants and interns, delegating tasks to streamline operations and ensure departmental efficiency.
We are looking for someone who is:
• A strong communicator with strong interpersonal and client-relations skills.
• Must be a confident and aggressive negotiator who can advocate strongly on behalf of talent.
• Experienced in union and non-union commercial/VO/print markets, especially SAG-AFTRA guidelines.
• Extremely organized, deadline-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Invested in building inclusive, thoughtful representation across body types, races, abilities, genders, and identities.
• A proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset and passion for growth.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience at a talent or modeling agency, preferably within commercial, VO, or print departments.
• Established relationships with casting offices and clients in major markets (NY/LA).
• Proficiency in Casting Networks, Breakdown Express, and VO-specific platforms.
• Working knowledge of InEntertainment (IE) strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Self-tape and audio editing experience is a plus.
Schedule & Compensation
• Base Salary: $40,000.00 + 10% of gross bookings revenue
• Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
