Now Hiring: Full-Time Commercial/Voice Over & Print Agent
Location: New York City (Hybrid - 3 Days/Week In-Office, Midtown Manhattan)
Take 3 Talent Agency, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly motivated Commercial/Voice Over & Print Agent to join our team full-time. This position is ideal for a professional with deep industry knowledge, strong client relationships, and a passion for developing talent across commercial, voice over, and print markets.
About the Role
You will manage a diverse roster of commercial actors, voiceover talent, and print models, ensuring high-level submissions, bookings, and development across multiple markets. Working from an already-developed roster and client list, you'll have the opportunity to build upon an existing foundation while implementing your own strategic vision and connections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively pitch talent to casting directors, ad agencies, and production companies.
• Submit and manage talent via Casting Networks and Breakdown Express.
• Oversee holds, availabilities, and bookings while maintaining clear, timely communication with clients and casting offices.
• Prepare and coordinate invoicing in collaboration with our accounting department.
• Maintain accurate records and client history using InEntertainment (IE).
• Provide development guidance to talent, including regular portfolio updates, self-tape/audition feedback, and performance tracking.
• Scout and sign new talent, identifying gaps in representation and staying current with market trends.
• Represent the agency at industry events, live showcases, and workshops to build relationships and increase agency visibility.
• Supervise assistants and interns, delegating tasks to streamline operations and ensure departmental efficiency.
We are looking for someone who is:
• A strong communicator with strong interpersonal and client-relations skills.
• Must be a confident and aggressive negotiator who can advocate strongly on behalf of talent.
• Experienced in union and non-union commercial/VO/print markets, especially SAG-AFTRA guidelines.
• Extremely organized, deadline-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Invested in building inclusive, thoughtful representation across body types, races, abilities, genders, and identities.
• A proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset and passion for growth.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience at a talent or modeling agency, preferably within commercial, VO, or print departments.
• Established relationships with casting offices and clients in major markets (NY/LA).
• Proficiency in Casting Networks, Breakdown Express, and VO-specific platforms.
• Working knowledge of InEntertainment (IE) strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Self-tape and audio editing experience is a plus.
Schedule & Compensation
• Base Salary: $40,000.00 + 10% of gross bookings revenue
• Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Hybrid Schedule: 3 days per week in-office (Midtown Manhattan)
• Evening or weekend availability is occasionally required for project coordination, events, and industry functions
