How do I hire a Customer Service Rep? We will be streaming 3 events - two on October 25th and one on October 28. Each event is about 90 minutes, We are looking for 3 people who can be available to respond to call requesting help with signing on to watch the event. No real technical skill is needed - just a friendly supportive voice to help them with a two-step simple sign-on (and potential support during the streaming - should they need it). You will have tech backup for any tech needs. You need to be professional and patient with people who are unfamiliar with computers,
