Sweet 180 is a New York based talent and literary boutique management firm.
Seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented assistant for President/Talent Manager.
Looking for a candidate who has an excitement about talent representation, the entertainment industry at large, a base knowledge of the culture and is a team player.
JOB DUTIES:
Administrative support including phone management/rolling calls, calendar management for clients and manager, talent submissions, travel arrangements for clients and manager, itineraries, updating client materials like resumes, reels, pitch documents, excel type tracking and creation, payment management. All with the highest standards of confidentiality.
Liaising with clients directly for various reasons such as meetings, auditions, project development, etc.
Drafting email correspondences, sending submissions, up-keeping tracking lists.
Interface with clients, managers, film producers, and studio executives in a professional manner, with courtesy and warmth.
Ability to make sound decisions efficiently and effectively using excellent critical thinking, judgment, practical approaches.
SKILLS & QUALITIES:
Multi-tasking pro
Minimum - Bachelor's Degree
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment.
Positive attitude..
Excellent follow-up skills.
Minimum of 1-2 years of desk experience at a Talent Agency or Management Company preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in Google Suite
Ability to read material quickly and form opinions / relay feedback.
Ability to write script coverage
The ideal candidate is resourceful, articulate, intelligent and looking for something long term.
Editing skills.
No job too big or too small.
