Starting Immediately - Applicants can work in person, at our New York office a minimum of 2-3 days a week. Remote work is possible
We are looking for dedicated, fast-learners interested in TV, film, and theater. We are also looking for candidates who are pro-active, well organized, strong communicators, and have strong analytical skills. Industry experience is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:
Sending and receiving appointments
Calling and emailing clients with information needed for meetings and auditions
Managing calendars
script coverage
Update and maintain client paperwork and materials
Maintain social media upkeep for company
