This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
Owner, Lillian LaSalle, believes in the mission of mentorship, and as such, Sweet 180 interns are closely involved in all activities, meetings and conversations that take place within the office. Interns can expect to gain experience within the field of talent management and representation in film, tv, and theater. We consider our interns to be a part of our team, which is why we are looking for great personalities, team players, and people who are excited to learn and support.
Internship Period: 5 Months
Time/Days Required: In-Office 2-3 days a week
Start Date: Flexible, but ASAP preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administrative office tasks
• script coverage
• Updating and maintaining client paperwork and materials
• Performing research for casting
• Graphic design
• Social media management
• Guest reception
• Tracking upcoming projects
• Daily errands as assigned
SKILLS & QUALITIES
• Extremely organized
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Video/audio editing
• Stays up-to-date on current entertainment news
• Knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office apps
• Previous administrative or production experience in film or theater is a plus
• Ability to read material quickly and form opinions / relay feedback
• Technologically savvy
• Ability to quickly adapt to new situations
• No job too big or small attitude
