Sweet 180 is a boutique sized New York based talent and literary management company. We have been representing award winning talent in television, film and theater for over 25 years. With a very focused and collaborative approach to talent representation, our mission is to help build and sustain entertainment careers by working in partnership with each client and providing very personalized service. An internship at Sweet 180 is very unique from many other internships in the representation field. Owner, Lillian LaSalle, believes in the mission of mentorship and as such, every intern is included in all activities, meetings and conversations that take place within the office and any events that take place outside of the office. We consider our interns to be a part of our team, which is why we are looking for great personalities, team players and people who are excited to learn and support. Many of our interns have gone on to find full time paid positions as well as have been promoted to paying positions at Sweet 180.
There are many duties that can take place on any given day from script coverage, answering phones, taking messages, updating client files, office administration, various daily tasks, research, organization, editing reels, graphic design, servicing auditions to clients, supporting Executive Assistant to Lillian LaSalle, and more.
Skills we are looking for:
-Excellent Writing Skills
-Great Phone Manner
-A great sense of humour
-Ability to multitask
-A creative mind
-A fan of movies, theater and television
-An idea person
-Editing skills a plus
-Excel
-Tech savvy
-Social Media savvy
-Extremely organized
-A great note taker
-Comfortable in any situation
