Assistant Operations Manager

Sunset Gower Studios is looking for a full time Assistant Operations Manager. Sunset Gower Studios sits on approximately 15.6 acres in the heart of Hollywood with 12 soundstages, production offices, and support space. Also located on the Sunset Gower Studios' campus is Ocean Way Recording Studio.

The Assistant Operations Manager will support the organization, administration, and day-to-day work flow of the Studio Operations Department while providing outstanding customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients. This position reports to the Director of Operations and will supervise the Receptionist.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Fulfill daily client maintenance requests and ensures client satisfaction by providing prompt follow-up.
2. Process welcome packages and coordinate move-in / move-outs, etc.
3. Conduct regular property inspections noting maintenance and cleaning issues and prepare punch lists and assists with walk throughs.
4. Process vendor accounts payable invoices.
5. Serve as the point person for clients with billing questions.
6. Maintain client contract terms for billing and review monthly rent roll.
7. Support and assist in the daily oversight and proper functioning of building operations including: Construction, IT/Telecom, Maintenance, Stage Management, and Security.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated self-starter with superb attention to detail and strong communication and customer service skills. This position requires strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel. College degree preferred with a minimum 1-2 years data entry/accounting experience required. Fundamental understanding of the entertainment business is also required.
