We are looking for a skilled recruiter to become our newest team member and who will be charged with sourcing our most important resource, our people.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in targeted recruitment, with knowledge in legally compliant screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. Our Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet our business needs across all offices. Working closely under the direction of the Senior Manager of Talent, this position will design, develop and implement strategic recruiting programs focused on diversity and inclusion. Through research on hiring best practices and outreach methods, our Recruiter will market Sundance Institute as an employer of choice. As a member of the HR team, our Recruiter is expected to provide excellent customer service to our applicants, as well as our current, past and future employees.
Things on Your To-do List:
• Partner with hiring managers to identify, attract and bring onboard the best talent in the market, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion.
• Drive the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, assessing, and interviewing talent for positions at all levels including year-round and seasonal roles (200 ).
• Create and implement innovative outreach programs and recruiting strategies, using diversity and inclusion best practices to support Sundance Institute's strategic initiatives.
• Build a cohesive external and internal employer brand through creative and innovative approaches to attract qualified active and passive talent pipelines.
• Be the first point of contact and ambassador to new employees, facilitating strong relationships from the interview to new employee orientation.
• Create, track and maintain key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity and trends.
Skills
You'll Need in Your Toolbox:
• 2 years of experience in targeted recruitment.
• Knowledge of Federal, State and local laws, rules, regulations, codes and/or statutes.
• Strong coaching skills.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct business and operations needs assessments to develop recommendations to meet those needs.
• Excellent presentation and training skills: polished, concise, catered messages to different audiences, and public speaking to large and small groups.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees and applicants at all levels and with diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds to obtain successful outcomes and move the recruitment cycles forward.
