POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a skilled Marketing leader to become part of our team and who will develop and execute strategically creative, digitally-led, targeted marketing campaigns for Sundance Institute's programs and initiatives.
Working closely under the direction of the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for analyzing digital data to drive strategy and optimization of Sundance digital properties, including web and social channels, lead cross-functional teams towards building the infrastructure needed to fully support CRM, personalization/targeting, email, and social programs, and A/B testing and develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that cover paid, earned and organic tactics.
Other top priorities include…
• Execute strategic digital campaigns and ensure deadlines and budget are met.
• Lead audience development for managed campaigns-- identifying, nurturing and growing new audiences for Sundance Institute and managing growth marketing partners.
• Collaborate with Program, Advancement, Festival Operations and other internal teams as necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Media Relations to ensure strategies are integrated across all areas of the Communications team.
• Write strategically led creative briefs and lead creative briefings with Creative Director.
• Collaborate closely with content and design teams and lead creative reviews.
• Establish KPIs and monitor key marketing metrics to track the success of campaigns.
You have the following direct or transferable skill-sets:
• Minimum 8 years experience in digital marketing.
• Experience managing people.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong client management skills, including negotiation, expectation management and proactive.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
• Highly organized with a vast understanding of all aspects of digital marketing
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to quickly adapt plans as needed.
• Proven track record of successful execution of digital marketing driven by metrics.
