Full Time Job
Considerations: Position works full time in our Park City, UT office. Must be able to work extended hours, weekend work, and some holidays at key points throughout the year. Occasional travel to other Institute offices and events may be required throughout the year. Travel estimated around 2-5%.
Position Overview: Our Coordinator, Marketing is responsible for providing project coordination, including organizational and operational support of marketing deliverables for Sundance Institute's year-round programs, including the Sundance Film Festival.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Coordination and Execution:
• Creates and drives timelines, and adheres to procedures, requirements, and deadlines.
• Assists in the development of internally and externally facing marketing materials.
• Works with Operations and Artist Program Teams to coordinate assets for our artist labs.
• Processes vendor contracts to support the content team, follows all Finance, Legal and HR guidelines, forms, etc. and follows up on paperwork, invoices, etc. as necessary.
• Tracks expenses for Marketing team admin budget
• Applies clear, efficient, and responsive processes in order to best execute projects.
• Assesses opportunities to streamline and reviews, plans,and implements with manager.
Advertising/Media and Email Marketing:
• Tracks media strategies and plans as directed.
• Coordinates directly with internal stakeholders and publishers to ensure advertising assets are designed, approved, and routed to publications by deadlines.
• Books advertising placements for the organization, includes delivering ad materials, tracking receipts, and analyzing and reporting on ad performance.
• Coordinates email development, including but not limited to timeline, production, and performance reporting.
• Assist with creating email invites for events as instructed.
Training:
• Conducts training for internal stakeholders to use AirTable/Monday.com.
Partnership:
• In collaboration with Associate Director, Marketing, and Manager, Marketing, builds internal and external relationships with staff, vendors, etc. to ensure proactive communication, professional, and productive relationships.
• Proactively champions for the Park City Team and is an ambassador to a positive culture.
Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• 1-2 years marketing administrative support, project coordination or similar experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording, tracking and issuing information, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills, telephone, written and interpersonal skills required to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
• Working knowledge of databases along with proficiency in Google Products.
• Excellent organizational skills including self management of work schedule and an ability to multitask.
• Must be able to maintain confidential information.
• Ability to work nights and weekends around events and key deadlines.
Preferred Education
, Experience, and Skills:
• Experience with Airtable/Monday.com and Filemaker or other project management software.
• Experience with Google Analytics or other marketing performance related metric tools.
• Experience in copywriting.
