Associate Product Owner

This is a Full Time Job

The Associate Product Owner will be responsible for coordinating day to day tasks across multiple digital products and features, from ideation through development, and launch. As a member of the Product team, this candidate will help roll-out products that deliver Sundance Institute's vision for Sundance Film Festival 2021.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with project planning and management, incl. reporting status and tracking risks and issues
• Write comprehensive requirements based off of user stories and acceptance criteria
• Draft detailed wireframes and user flows, liaising with departments across the organization
• Develop acceptance testing plans alongside quality assurance manager
• Follow progress of tests and help fix bugs and issues uncovered
• Create support and training documents for internal use (ie. customer support, product operations, content management)
• Develop performance metrics and track performance of products, surfacing insights to team
• Help organization implement efficient product management practices

Requirements:
• Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies
• Ability to prioritize and manage considerable workload
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent time management and organization
• 2-3 years of experience in product management/development, ideally via startup or consulting
