Sugar23 is in an exciting phase of growth and is currently seeking an assistant to provide day-to-day support to busy Literary Managers/Producers within a fast-paced environment. This position is 100% on site and will be out of our LA office. There is room for mentorship and growth.

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Manage inboxes, calendars, mail and contacts
· Answering and directing high volume of phone calls
· Provide research support in and development of new projects
· Assist with compiling and distributing information and materials for meetings
· Handle special projects as needed
· Manage all information with discretion and confidentiality

Qualifications:
· Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel
· Attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
· Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information in a discrete manner
· Excellent time management, organization and interpersonal skills
· Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
· Passion and interest in creative development and production

Preferred skills:
· BA/BS degree preferred but not required
· 1-2 year of Industry experience strongly preferred
· Agency/Desk experience

Rate:

$20.50-22.00/hr DOE
