Film Sales Assistant

This is a Full Time Job

Submarine Entertainment seeks an assistant to support the co-presidents and sales team. This is a full-time hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in-person at the NYC office.

Initial Responsibilities

• General administrative duties including managing multiple complex schedules simultaneously
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Screen film submissions and write coverage
• Assist with additional projects as needed

Ideal Skills

• Incredibly organized and a strong multi-tasker
• Dynamic, self-starter, team player, detail-oriented
• Film lover, interest in documentaries
• Strong writer
• Prior experience/internships in the film industry a plus.
