The Stuntmen's Association of Motion Pictures is looking for a new Office Manager to manage our business affairs. This person must be able to facilitate well between many different personalities and be a self starter. Must be okay working primarily by yourself with members dropping by on occasion and have excellent phone communication.
Hours are M-F 9:00am-5:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
Managing all email and phone Communication
Serving as a liaison for all member and casting director communication
Compiles stunt packets for casting
Implements and Organizes tracking systems for talent stats and media content
Mediating any Press correspondence
Managing all website & webstore content via WordPress and Volusion
& Social Media Accounts : Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
Working with our accountant to keep up to date with all financial obligations of the Association
Supervising all SAMP special events etc; Annual Golf Tournament, Dinner Dances, Picnics, Holiday Parties
Job Requirements:
College Degree: AA or BA
Excellent Phone Etiquette
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, WordPress, and Google Drive
*Prior knowledge of stunts a plus but not anyone looking to become stunt performer
