Remote Entertainment Internship (AI / Social Media / Tech-Savvy Rockstar) - Work with Noelle Kim - -
10 hrs/week • Remote (Occasional in-person meetings required) | L.A. Based • Minimum Wage (priceless access)
Want to learn what it really takes to dominate in the entertainment industry-without fetching coffee or wasting time in windowless rooms?
We're looking for a brilliant, modern-minded AI-fluent, tech-organized, social media-whip-smart intern who can keep up and keep things moving. This is a remote position, 10 hours a week, paid at minimum wage and the experience is worth its weight in gold.
You'll be working directly with Noelle Kim-a trailblazer with over 25 years in the entertainment industry. She's the CEO of StuntContact.com and the founder and president of StuntAccess.com, providing digital access to stunt professionals worldwide . She was also the first agent of her kind to represent strictly union stunt professionals at every level, both theatrically and commercially. Noelle has been a casting director, producer/executive producer, and has run the stunt office for Emmy-winning hit shows like CSI: Miami, House, Numb3rs, and Curb Your Enthusiasm .
You Are:
A superior wordsmith with a stellar grasp of the English language, with extreme attention to detail
Obsessively organized, even in your dreams
Comfortable using or learning AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion, Airtable, Canva, etc.)
Fluent in digital culture-Instagram, TikTok, Threads, newsletters, memes, and metrics
Obsessed with all facets of business as it pertains to Film & Television - Veraciously consume info from all the trades (Hollywood Reporter, Variety, Deadline, Puck, The Dailies, etc)
A self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding, but knows how to ask questions to progress effectively
Craving proximity to real experience, real strategy, and real power moves
What You'll Do:
Assist in building and organizing AI-driven workflows
Oversee CEO's calendar & send daily reminders
Help manage and grow a dynamic social media presence including editorial responsibilities for website blogs, etc.
Research, track, and document industry trends and contacts
Support creative development on current entertainment projects
Learn how decisions get made in the real world (not a classroom)
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience with automation or content scheduling tools
Know your way around Google Workspace, Mighty Networks, Wordpress, Photoshop, Canva, or Airtable
Can write and communicate like a human-not a bot
