We are an LA based ad agency and production company specializing in telling brand stories which engage, compel and activate viewers. The position of Office Administrative Coordinator/Receptionist requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills and the ability to multi-task. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative functioning of the office, presenting solutions to problems as they arise and effectively communicating with everyone internally and externally. As the Receptionist you will ensure the reception area runs smoothly and professionally while proactively responding quickly and positively to all situations. The Receptionist function requires excellent customer service skills greeting visitors with a positive and welcoming demeanor. The Receptionist will manage the main phone lines which requires an understanding of phone etiquette and protocols. This position is the point of contact and liasion with building management on facilities related issues, manages employee engagement activities and provides some administrative support to the Chief Creative Officer and the Accounting department.
