We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our ongoing hiring needs and improve how our company attracts and selects creative talent in the TV promo marketing industry.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsibilities include providing recruitment and administrative assistance to our creative team and maintaining databases with candidate information. If you are familiar with recruiting strategies, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, we'd like to meet you!
Studio City is a fast-paced environment that requires consistent daily searches for creative talent in the TV promo marketing industry. Ultimately, you will help keep our hiring process running smooth by ensuring daily recruitment efforts to present creative talent to our creative heads of business. Your ability to recruit and retain high-performing employees will ensure success in this role with our company.
Responsibilities
• Craft/update job descriptions
• Prepare job offer letters
• Organize candidates' data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
• Perform background and reference checks
• Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
• Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
• Assist with onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)
Responsibilities
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field
• 2-3 years of direct recruiting experience
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation
• Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience in general Human Resources practices
