Post-Production Manager (Swing Shift)
Fast-paced entertainment marketing agency, Studio City, is hiring a Production Manager to oversee post-production and marketing content for broadcast, radio and digital platforms. The Production Manager will train and supervise a team of Production Coordinators and Associate Producers in the daily workflow of multiple campaigns while simultaneously working directly with Online, Audio and Assistant Editors to schedule and quality check all deliverables.
Qualifications:
2+ years Agency or Network/OTT experience in marketing department
Experience in leading a team as a post-supervisor or similar role
Technical proficiency in post-production tools: Avid Media Composer, NEXIS, ProTools, Adobe Suite, etc.
Working knowledge in digital formats and codecs: UHD, HD, Avid DnX, ProRes, h.264, etc.
Familiar with broadcast standards, clearances and legal requirements
Effectively use good judgement, understand priorities and lead team in a productive and professional manner
Strong writing skills to communicate with clients and staff as well as update and develop workflow documentation
Willing to work long hours and weekends when necessary
