Streamland Media is seeking a collaborative, results-driven and innovative Sr. HR Generalist responsible for performing a broad range of HR and operational support for a fun and fast-paced client base. Reporting to the HR Leader, North America, you will be one of the key points of contact for several of our business divisions. You will help drive HR projects that span: onboarding, rewards and recognition, performance feedback, talent attraction and development, and HR's business impact. In the day to day, you will partner in the areas of: organization design & integration, staffing, compensation planning, manager coaching, employee development, workforce planning and performance management.
What you'll do:
Be the chief interpreter and implementer for HR policies, practices and procedures for all level of employees, looking to further the mission, values and strategic vision of the business.
Champion both the employee perspective and the company needs to promote a positive, collaborative, respectful, and engaging work environment.
Be a talent magnet, partnering with clients and our internal talent acquisition team, to create innovative and effective recruitment strategies seeking candidates from a diverse background and life experiences, and using exceptional candidate selection skills to build the best team for the organization.
Be in a project facilitator role as needed for strategic HR team projects both local and company-wide, looking to ideate and execute programs that develop and engage our employees throughout their career life-cycle.
Be an executer of transactions, key communicator to the population, and orchestrator of our HR team processes as needed to support the HR team, and back-up to the team HR Coordinator role.
Be the main point of contact for our union workforce, ensuring we are abiding by the contract and be on top of changes.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must have experience with entertainment unions, specifically Local 700 IATSE
3+ years of relevant professional level HR experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
Experience supporting a represented workforce a plus

The listed pay range is the salary or hourly wage range that we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to background, skills, experience, education, geographic location and market demands.
