Our ideal candidate is organized & efficient, able to maintain a calm demeanor while juggling numerous tasks. We pride ourselves on having a fun, collaborative, creative office culture and hope to find someone that reflects those same qualities.
Requirements:
3-5 years of prior executive assistant or comparable experience.
Well-versed in Microsoft Office.
Experience or familiarity with Salesforce.
Strengths in organization, focus, and prioritization.
Ability to handle numerous tasks and not letting things fall through the cracks.
A ''no job is too small'' attitude.
An affinity for laughter and dog affection.
Ideal but not required:
Prior startup experience.
Prior sales experience.
Experience with Confluence and Jira.
Experience with SignNow.
The tasks will vary daily and include:
Creating and managing daily and weekly schedules for the CEO and team.
Arranging meetings and coordinating tasks, timelines, and deadlines.
Helping our sales team manage sales leads using Salesforce.
Tracking spending/inputting receipts into QuickBooks.
Booking travel and managing itineraries.
Filing and general office organization.
Ordering supplies and running local errands.

Salary: $850 per week to begin -- based on experience-- with room to grow.
