Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Brand Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is pivotal in driving revenue through securing brand partnerships, sponsorships, and licensing deals that align with our clients' profiles and our company's vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the entertainment, sports, or lifestyle sectors and possess a deep understanding of brand alignment and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and sponsors that align with our clients' images and our company's objectives.
· Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in marketing and sponsorship departments.
· Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential partners.
· Negotiate terms and close deals that are beneficial for all parties involved.
· Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in sales, preferably within the entertainment, sports, or lifestyle industries.
· Strong network of contacts in brand marketing, sponsorship, and advertising sectors.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Self-motivated with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
