Position Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Distribution Sales Agent to represent and pitch our slate of film and television projects to domestic and international distributors, brand partners, and potential financiers.
This commission-based role is ideal for a self-starter with strong sales instincts, a deep understanding of content distribution, and a network of industry buyers and partners. You'll play a key role in driving revenue and visibility for high-impact projects with commercial and social value.
Key Responsibilities
· Actively pitch Stoked Bros Media's film, docuseries, and unscripted slate to U.S. and international distributors (streamers, networks, theatrical buyers)
· Secure sales, licensing, and output deals aligned with our production strategy and brand identity
· Identify and pitch strategic brand sponsorships and cross-promotional partnerships for relevant projects
· Present projects to equity financiers, pre-sale buyers, and potential co-production partners
· Collaborate with internal producers and talent to create compelling pitch decks, materials, and packaging strategies
· Track buyer feedback and manage follow-up in coordination with the producing team
Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience in film/TV sales, distribution, or financing
· Demonstrated success closing content deals or brand partnerships
· Strong, current network of acquisition execs, content buyers, and/or brand liaisons
· Excellent written/verbal communication and pitch skills
· Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and deliver results
· Familiarity with international markets and sales models is a plus
