OFFICE MANAGER / STINK FILMS
STINK FILMS, an award-winning global production company working with the world's leading advertising agencies and brands, is looking for an OFFICE MANAGER.
Working alongside the President, EP's, Head of Production, Production Coordinator, Sales/PR staff, and accounting, as a key member of the production team overseeing all office needs.
Full-time Position
Needed physically in office when not remote due to COVID.
Answer incoming calls
Distribute Mail
Assist with conference room bookings and maintaining conference rooms
Assist with printer and minor IT trouble shooting
Manage weekly grocery & office supply orders as necessary
Maintain kitchen area cleanliness
Coordinate in office events by ordering food, etc. / Special Event Coordinating
Write Weekly newsletter submission
Liaise with building/parking management office & Stink office vendors as necessary
Maintain & distribute key cards & alarm codes for building access
Key point of contact for office management vendors (ie. Internet, IT, built in appliances)
Oversee upcoming Office Move
Key Skills/Experience:
Exceptional communicator at all levels
Strong organizational skills
Strong knowledge of production crew and roles
Knowledge and experience using latest computer software
Enthusiastic team player
Must be a problem solver with a high level of follow through
Personal vehicle and computer is needed.
