DESCRIPTION:
Stewart Talent Los Angeles is seeking a full-time Agent Assistant in the COMMERCIAL DEPT for immediate hire. This position supports two agents and has the potential to grow quickly for a highly motivated, responsible individual.
This position requires a person to be in Los Angeles. The office works on a hybrid schedule, in the office Tues, Wed & Thurs and working remotely on Mondays & Fridays.
Individual must be a team player, a self-starter with proven problem-solving skills, very detail-oriented, extremely efficient, and well organized. Ideal candidate will have at least one year related experience, working knowledge of all casting sites (mainly LA Casting & Casting Frontier), be personable, motivated, have excellent communication skills, be calm under pressure, and have an excellent work ethic. If you enjoy comedy, a major plus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• General office duties
• Rolling calls
• Providing administrative and client support including reviewing material
• Generating and scheduling auditions
• Editing/uploading self-tapes
• Going to shows
• Overseeing interns
• Coordinating with casting directors
Stewart Talent has offices in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, and Atlanta. There is room for growth for the right candidate.
Requirements:
• Experience working on LA Casting, Casting Frontier, and Breakdown Services.
• Video editing, either iMovie or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Knowledge of PC and MAC and MS Office
Bachelor's degree is required. Candidate must have a genuine interest in talent representation and a professional attitude.
