Join Stellar Artists Agency as we expand our LA On-Camera division! We are seeking a high-energy Senior Talent Agent with 4-5+ years of experience to manage a premier roster of child actors across TV, Film, and commercial. This role is a foundational leadership opportunity for a strategic builder who wants the autonomy of a mostly remote schedule while staying deeply connected to the heart of the LA industry.

Responsibilities
* Represent and manage a roster of child actors in various media projects.
* Pitch clients to casting directors, producers, and other industry decision-makers.
* Maintain and grow established relationships with casting professionals.
* Submit and track auditions, bookings, and contracts.
* Provide timely communication to clients and parents regarding opportunities and feedback.
Requirements
* 4-5+ years of proven experience as a talent agent or manager. (Licensed agent a plus).
* Existing, deep-rooted relationships with casting directors, producers, and other industry professionals. Able to ''get actors in the room''
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
* Strong communication and negotiating skills with a professional demeanor.
* Must be based in the Los Angeles area for occasional in-person engagement.
