Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Junior Talent Agent to join our dynamic team and help build out our LA division. This role is perfect for someone with existing industry experience and connections who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. While the position is mostly remote, occasional in-person meetings with talent are expected.

Responsibilities
• Represent and manage a roster of child actors and models in various media projects.
• Pitch clients to casting directors, producers, and other industry decision-makers.
• Maintain and grow established relationships with casting professionals.
• Submit and track auditions, bookings, and contracts.
>Negotiate deals
• Provide timely communication to clients and parents regarding opportunities and feedback.
• Attend industry events, showcases, or meetings when necessary.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in the talent agency, casting, or entertainment industry.
• Existing relationships with casting directors, producers, and other industry professionals.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, strong negotiating skills and a professional demeanor.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, auditions, and industry events.
• Based in Los Angeles (or surrounding areas).
