Who We're Looking For
We're seeking upbeat, self-motivated, fast learners ready to dive in and grow.
You should be professional yet authentic, creative yet organized, and able to keep a sense of humor while getting things done. If you're detail-oriented, persistent, and love both the business and creative sides of entertainment - you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
Promote talent and projects using industry databases, social media, and other platforms
Communicate with casting directors, production offices, and clients
Research upcoming projects and opportunities
Schedule meetings and auditions
Support day-to-day operations (emails, calls, document prep, etc.)
Act as a professional point of contact for talent and partners
Jump in wherever needed to keep things moving
What You Need
Strong writing skills and polished communication (email + phone)
Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, online research)
Sound judgment and independent problem-solving ability
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Reliable time management and remote work skills
Eligibility for academic credit through your college/university
Availability: 12-20 hours/week for at least 3-4 months

Short breaks for vacations, family events, or personal needs can be accommodated with advance notice.
Additionally, depending on your location and availability, there may be opportunities to attend performances such as stand-up shows, theater productions, or feature screenings to further enrich your industry exposure.
