This is a Part Time Paid Internship

Primary Responsibility:
The intern will be responsible for supporting the business & legal affairs group from STARZ, LLC, including Anchor Bay and Film Roman.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct contract analysis and drafting.
• Assist in all aspects of acquisitions for Anchor Bay, including assisting with drafting and redlining agreements, reviewing chains of title, paid ad summaries and various marketing materials.
• Perform various development and production matters for Film Roman.

Education, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Candidate must be currently enrolled in Law School.
• 2L or 3L of accredited law school with undergraduate or graduate course work related to contracts, copyright and media law.
• Previous Industry experience prior to law school a plus.
• Interest in the Industry is helpful.
