How do I hire an Assistant to Brand Partnerships Team? Starworks Artists - Los Angeles is looking for an assistant to support the Brand Partnerships team in generating opportunities for our roster of celebrity hairstylists, makeup artists, and wardrobe stylists. This person will be responsible for timely administration of client programs, contributing to client and artist satisfaction, and the achievement of client and department goals. This is a strong support role, working closely with the team to provide the utmost level of service to our roster of artists.
In this role, you will gain experience developing strategies across multiple verticals including beauty, fashion, and consumer products; coordinate brand content for social and traditional media executions; and manage internal communications for the Brand Partnership Team.
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, able to multi- task several moving parts and prioritize multiple running projects. Must have an interest in fashion and beauty products, and celebrity pop culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creation of strategic brand outreach lists for roster of celebrity hairstylists, makeup artists and wardrobe stylists.
Working closely with a fellow agency colleagues to schedule appointments and complete weekly reports
Buildout contracted artists calendars and maintain trackers
Generate deal memos
Generating artist travel itineraries
Fulfill product requests
Pitch out red carpet sponsorship email blasts
Building reports in Googledocs and creating PowerPoint presentations
Assist in reporting and analysis on all initiatives
Updating brand contact database including contact management, list management and reporting
All other duties as defined by Brand Partnership Team
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Communication or Marketing preferred
Interest in pursuing a career in beauty and fashion
Outstanding written & verbal communication
Strong attention to detail & impeccable organization skills
Ability to stay ahead of and meet deadlines consistently
Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, take initiative and problem solve
Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
