This is a Full Time Job
The Post Production Assistant (PPA) role is an in-office entry level role in Hollywood, CA at our Post Production facility. Successful candidates will be dependable, have superior attention to detail, and possess a ''can-do'' attitude. A personable demeanor is a must as the role will be located at the front desk and will be the first impression visitors get when they visit or call Stampede Post Productions. Ideal candidates for this role have career aspirations and/or some experience in Post Production, and really want to get their feet wet and learn!
What you'll do
-Opening the office.
-Answering phones and greeting guests.
-Support day-to-day management of the office.
-Maintain office documents, lists, and spreadsheets.
-Keeping office supplies and kitchens fully stocked.
-Maintain bays and overall premises client ready
-Minor facilities maintenance
-Occasional runs/deliveries
-Support shipping and receiving
-Interface with building operations and service vendors.
-Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in related field of study (web/digital media, film, communications, information technology) or 1-2 years' experience in Post Production, Entertainment Marketing, Media, Streaming, or other related fields.
-Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills along with ability to meet tight deadlines.
-High-level verbal, visual and written communication skills.
-Passionate about their work and approaches challenges with a positive and solutions-oriented attitude.
-Proficient in Microsoft Suite and G-Suite.
-Must have a valid driver's license and a working vehicle.
