The Associate Producer is responsible for managing the production process of all A/V creative assets for our entertainment clients. Associate Producers also directly support the President and COO as well as manage client relations and delivery of A/V assets.
While Associate Producers report directly to the President of Stampede Studios, they will also receive direction from the COO.
Stampede Studios is a nimble and dynamic creative studio. Associate Producers will need to be adaptable, flexible, and humble. Associate Producers must be willing to help the team to accomplish a wide variety of tasks and projects. As creative work is unpredictable by its very nature, overtime might be required to meet client demands and deadlines at a moment's notice.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee end-to-end production of multi-faceted A/V campaigns, and live productions.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in resource planning to anticipate team bandwidth, length of allocation, etc. for each project.
• Ensure that teams are aligned and working together to deliver assets to spec and client delight.
• Manage the shepherding of materials from acquisition to delivery.
• Manage project hours and revisions.
• Work directly with Assistant Editors, Creative Editors, and Graphic Designers
• Liaise between our clients and our internal team.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Own the cue sheet process and duties.
• Directly support the President and COO by performing tasks as assigned.
-- Manage calendars of President and COO.
-- Act as the functional backup for the President and COO when they are out of the office as it relates to A/V.
-- Perform all additional tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3-5 years of project management, and production (preferably post-production) experience within the entertainment space
• Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Highly organized and adept at balancing multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to thrive in high pressure, fast-paced, and fluid environments.
• Caring collaborator, accustomed to working with and understanding the needs of both internal and external stakeholders
• Creative experience preferred.
• Associate degree in a related field preferred.
