VP Post Production - Business Development

Stampede Studios is an Entertainment Marketing company that specializes in Creative Marketing Content and Post-Production Finishing. We are a collaborative and hard-working group that is dedicated to creating and finishing high quality digital content that is exciting and immersive across multiple platforms.

Stampede is looking to hire a VP of Post-Production to focus on Business Development and creating new revenue opportunities for our Post-Production finishing division. This is a position that requires strong communication and organizational skills while working in a fast-paced environment. It is a client- focused role with most responsibilities involving finding and developing new client relationships. A successful candidate will have an existing book of business. A first year sales goal of 1 million minimum will be expected.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify the new potential clients and actively pitch our Post-Production Finishing services
• Evaluate, negotiate, and close new Post-Production finishing jobs and accounts
• Network and acquire new clients
• Maintain a client pipeline and help support existing clients
• Communicate client needs effectively to the Post-Production team.
• Have advanced knowledge of all our finishing tools, techniques, capabilities, and capacity
• Keep abreast of industry news and technologies
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management that include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 8 years of client-facing experience in the Entertainment (Movie/Television/Streaming) business of Post-Production with progressively increasing responsibilities and client profile.
• Excellent Networking and Communications Skills
• Highly Organized
• Must have an existing book of business
• Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Software, CRM
